Terms of Service

1. About this service

Trading Monkey ("the Service") is a hosted SaaS crypto trading platform operated by Freemen Solutions Inc., a company based in Québec, Canada, unless and until a dedicated Trading Monkey entity is created. The Service is currently in private beta and provided to invited testers only.

2. No financial advice

Nothing produced by the Service — bot configurations, AI predictions, risk scores, trade signals — is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for every order placed through the Service.

3. You are trading real money

When live trading is enabled and real exchange API keys are connected, the Service places real orders on real exchanges with real funds. You can lose all of it. Crypto markets are volatile; bots can amplify losses; exchanges can fail. By using live mode you accept those risks.

4. API keys, withdrawals & custody

API keys are only needed for live trading — paper trading requires none. Use the most restrictive API key possible — trade permissions only, never withdraw. Trading Monkey does not initiate withdrawals and never requests withdrawal permissions. Your funds always stay in your own exchange accounts: Trading Monkey is not a custodian and never holds, controls, or has access to your funds. API keys are encrypted at rest with AES-256 and are never shown to anyone in cleartext.

5. Acceptable use

• No market manipulation, wash trading, or activity prohibited by your exchange's terms.
• No reverse engineering or attempts to overload the infrastructure.
• Do not share your account credentials.

6. Beta status

Beta data — trades, configurations, history — may be reset, migrated, or lost during the beta period. Freemen Solutions Inc. will give reasonable notice when possible but cannot guarantee zero data loss.

7. No warranty, liability & governing law

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Freemen Solutions Inc. is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including trading losses — arising from your use of the Service. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

8. Termination & changes

Freemen Solutions Inc. may suspend or terminate access at any time during the beta. These Terms may change as the Service evolves; material changes are posted here with a new date. Continued use means you accept the revised Terms.
